From London, leave the M4 at M5 interchange signposted the South West.
Leave the M5 at Jct 19 (Belmont House is 15 minutes from Jct 19, Gordano Services). Take the A369 off the roundabout signposted Clifton Toll Bridge, and turn immediately right to Portbury. Follow the road round to the left into Mill Lane and continue up Portbury Lane. Turn left at the 'T' Junction onto the B3128 and after 1 mile turn right into Flax Bourton Road. At the triangle you will find Clifton Lodge on the right hand side. After Clifton Lodge, turn right onto Belmont Hill.
The Belmont Estate drive is situated ¾ of a mile down the hill next to Belmont Lodge. Continue on the drive about 2/3 of a mile and the Carriage House is on the right after the entrance to Belmont House.
